You can disable analytics cookies in your account settings. Browser settings let you block or delete all cookies, but disabling strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out of the dashboard.
We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error monitoring. Both are configured to anonymize IP addresses and exclude personally identifiable information from event payloads.
